Located between the Normandy American Cemetery and Omaha Beach, Michel and Philippe Legallois produce apple juice, cider, Pommeau de Normandie and Calvados. A guided tour of the cellar tracing the production process from apple to cider products, with tastings. In the shop, you'll find a selection of local farm and artisan specialities: Caen-style tripe, Vire andouille, raw-milk cheeses, rillettes... and many other local products from Normandy.
