Price: 5€ per person - minimum 15 people. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour/1 hour 30 minutes. It includes a guide, a demonstration of knife slicing and a tasting of smoked salmon.
Premium tour:
Price: 15€ per person. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. It includes a guide, a knife-cutting demonstration and tasting of various smoked fish and shellfish depending on the season (smoked salmon always included), accompanied by a glass of white wine.
Bring a cooler to take home homemade products.
