L'Établi Fromagerie offers a selection of quality cheeses in the farm tradition. Véronique and Bertrand, passionate cheesemakers, select cheeses from the local area and other regions. On the premises, enjoy boards of cheeses and cooked meats with a glass of beer, wine or cider.

- November to March: 10am-1pm/5pm-7.30pm except Tuesday and Wednesday
- April: 10pm-3pm/5pm-7.30pm except Wednesday
- May to October (7 days a week): 10am-9pm
- July and August (7 days a week): 9.30pm-9pm
