Our head chef, Céline, is passionate about her work. And like all good chefs, she loves to work with the finest ingredients. Each season she selects the very best produce on the market. She prepares her dishes using locally produced vegetables, fish and prime cuts of meat. Her colourful and flavoursome cuisine is shaped by what she comes across, by the changing seasons and by her own inspiration.
