Chef Didier Robin of Le Botaniste is passionate about cooking using local Normandy farm produce. He works hand in hand with the best producers in the region, as well as the Chateau's gardeners, in order to select the finest vegetables for his dishes. The menus change in line with the seasons and offer a gastronomic "Terre et mer" cuisine, inspired by traditional and regional recipes.
